Anne Reardon | Head of Classical Ballet (RAD/RTS, ATOD Affiliate Teacher)
Anne Reardon began her extensive ballet training in Wagga Wagga and completed her full-time Dance and Performing Arts studies at the Bartuccio Dance and Promotion Centre in Melbourne in 1995. She honed her teaching expertise at the Fran Day School of Dance, The Rachael Strong Dance Academy, and Southern Cross Performing Arts, where she prepared students for examinations in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz through the British Ballet Organisation, Ballet Australasia Limited, and the Royal Academy of Dance.
With over 25 years of experience as a Classical Ballet teacher, trainer, and choreographer, Anne has built an exceptional reputation for excellence. Her outstanding training and nurturing approach have enabled numerous students to launch successful professional careers and gain entry into Australia’s most prestigious institutions, including the Australian Ballet School, New Zealand School of Ballet, and New Zealand School of Dance. Anne is highly respected for her ability to train ballet students to an elite level while developing commanding performance skills and artistry within the classical ballet genre.
Anne joined The Training Ground Pty Ltd as Head of Classical Ballet in 2023, bringing her wealth of knowledge and passion to our studio community. As an RAD/RTS and ATOD Affiliate Teacher, she is dedicated to sharing her love of classical ballet with every student who enters her studio.
Anne believes that classical ballet training offers invaluable benefits including improved self-discipline, self-confidence, and physical fitness—along with the absolute joy of dancing in this beautiful, graceful, dramatic, and exciting art form.
